- Review submission sheet and initial documents provided
- We will collect any additional borrower docs required by Processing Network USA and/or the lender
- Generate lender disclosures
- Collect signed disclosures
- Verify disclosures are accurate and complete
- Order VA and FHA case numbers for government loans
- Open, order title and payoffs
- Order appraisal, flood certificate, VOE, VOR, VOD and VOM
- Order insurance, survey and condo questionnaire (if applicable)
- Verify lock with loan officer and lender
- Submit file to underwriting at chosen lender
- Clear conditions (we strive for 10 conditions or less and a 2-touch approval process)
- Assist with scheduling closing
